Job Overview:

We are looking for a Software Team Lead to oversee the development, integration, and deployment of multiple software products under the OXRED EV platform suite — OXRED MyFleet (C# + Blazor), OXRED GuardianAI (n8n-based automation), and OXRED InsurShield (AI/ML-based vehicle damage detection using TensorFlow/PyTorch).
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background across full-stack web development, automation platforms, and AI/ML integration workflows. You will guide a diverse team of developers with different technical skill sets, ensure smooth collaboration across teams, manage deployments, act as the key technical point of contact for the sales and marketing team, and handle customer discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Technical Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional development teams (C#, Blazor, Python/AI, and automation developers).
  • Review architecture, design decisions, and code quality across projects.
  • Set development best practices, coding standards, and deployment pipelines.
  • Provide hands-on technical support when developers face blockers.
Product Oversight
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of:
    • RED MyFleet – C# Blazor-based web application.
    • OXRED GuardianAI – n8n workflow automation and its integration with the OXRED platform.
    • OXRED InsurShield – Neural network models and AI pipelines for vehicle damage detection.
  • Ensure interoperability, data flow, and integration among all product components.
Deployment & DevOps
  • Manage deployment pipelines for OXRED MyFleet and other backend services.
  • Implement CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and environment management.
  • Coordinate releases and monitor system stability post-deployment.
Customer & Stakeholder Interaction
  • Participate in deep-tech client meetings to explain architecture and product capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into technical strategies and guide the team accordingly.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support pre- and post-sales discussions when required.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate emerging tools and frameworks relevant to the tech stack (C#, n8n, ML).
  • Recommend improvements for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Support R&D initiatives and cross-product data integration.

Requirements:

Technical:
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and Blazor for web application architecture.
  • Good understanding of API-based integrations and workflow automation.
  • Working knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch (basic model deployment understanding preferred).
  • Experience in SQL / NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • Good understanding of DevOps tools — GitHub Actions, Docker, Azure/AWS CI/CD pipelines.
Leadership:
  • Proven experience leading multi-technology teams (frontend, backend, AI, automation).
  • Strong project management and task delegation skills.
  • Ability to mentor developers and foster a collaborative culture.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer-facing presentation and demo skills.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven attitude with the ability to balance multiple product teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience leading a multi-stack product ecosystem or IoT/AI-based software platform.
  • Exposure to automotive or IoT domains will be a plus.
