Job Overview:

We’re seeking a highly structured and analytical Sales Enablement Specialist to strengthen Datakrew’s global go-to-market execution. This role is central to equipping the sales and business development teams with actionable intelligence, playbooks, and performance insights that accelerate deal velocity and improve conversion quality. You’ll work cross-functionally with the GTM, Marketing, and Product teams to turn data into decisions, ensuring the field force is prepared, informed, and operating with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Readiness and Enablement Infrastructure 
  • Drive the sales enablement charter — from onboarding frameworks to continuous learning and process standardization.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, deal qualification checklists, and objection-handling templates.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to refine and operationalize the buyer journey across multiple personas and geographies.
Account Intelligence & Insights 
  • Lead account intelligence research — tracking key prospects, decision-makers, business priorities, partnerships, and funding news.
  • Maintain structured Account Intelligence Briefs that equip sales teams with context before outreach or meetings.
  • Collaborate with the GTM Lead to identify cross-sell and upsell triggers, competitive activities, and new market opportunities.
  • Consolidate intelligence from CRM, external tools, and field inputs into quarterly enablement updates.
Sales Analytics and Dashboard
  • Design and manage sales dashboards (in CRM or BI tools) for tracking pipeline health, deal velocity, conversion ratios, and campaign ROI.
  • Translate sales data into performance insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Define and track enablement KPIs (e.g., sales cycle time, content utilization, win rates, sales readiness).
  • Support leadership with forecast accuracy reviews and territory performance analysis.
Sales Process and Tool Optimization
  • Enhance Datakrew’s CRM workflows (Bitrix24 / HubSpot / Salesforce) for better visibility and accountability.
  • Standardize opportunity stages, qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT / MEDDIC), and reporting formats.
  • Ensure consistent data hygiene and usage discipline across sales and BD teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with the GTM–Marketing team to adapt existing collateral and tailor account-specific pitches, executive summaries, and response decks.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure the field team’s messaging reflects the latest product capabilities.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions across sales, product, and marketing to keep teams aligned on key narratives

Required skills:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Pre-Sales within SaaS, deep tech, or enterprise technology domains.
  • Strong grasp of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and account-based selling.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data and insights into concise, actionable briefs and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and analytical writing skills — able to convert market data into persuasive internal narratives.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and BI tools (e.g., HubSpot, Bitrix24, Salesforce, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and the agility to work in a fast-paced, evolving GTM environment.

Good to have:

  • Prior experience engaging with EV OEMs, automotive fleets, or battery technology industries.
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence or market research platforms.
  • Experience in building sales dashboards or data pipelines.
  • Understanding of sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic)
