Core Responsibilities (Applicable to All Developer Roles)
- Design, build, and maintain scalable server-side logic and APIs
- Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Design and optimise database schemas (SQL and NoSQL)
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and database-level issues
- Integrate REST and gRPC APIs and webhooks between internal and external systems
- Use Git for version control and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability

Role-Specific Focus
- Build and maintain frontend applications using Blazor (Server/WASM)
- Design real-time dashboards using Grafana and Blazor

- High-level understanding of software and hardware integration

- Excellent English communication and cultural adaptability across global markets
- Proven experience managing the lead cycle from qualification to proposal
- High ownership, attention to detail, and fast learning in a cross-functional team
